EQUIPMENT: MH INDUSTRIES RIG SELECTIONS

In early 2012 through to 2015 KaraTau Consulting were contracted by MH INDUSTRIES to help them identify the specifications needed for two new rigs. KTC wrote the specifications for the equipment, sourced reliable rig manufacturers and advised MHI through the entire process of rig up and acceptance in the USA for their VR500 rig from GEFCO assembled and tested in the ORF yard in OKLAHOMA, to the SL2500 rig (2500HP) built by ZMS (a sister company to MHI) in ATYRAU, ROK collaborating with  DISCOVERY DRILLING EQUIPMENT in STRYI, North Western UKRAINE as a joint venture between a KAZAK and UKRAINIAN company.
