KaraTau Consulting were contracted by ALGA CASPI GAS (CHINA) in January 2012 to undertake a number of engineering studies to help them plan for a deep sour (H2S) well on the boarder with Russia in the area close to ASTRAKHAN. KTC produced a casing design review so that AGC could tender for the correct OTCG specifications, wrote a detailed drilling program for the well and assembled a comprehensive technical specification for the drilling rig and equipment.
